Cream Line
Cream-line yoghurt is made so a natural cream layer rises or is left on top of the pot—farmhouse and artisan whole-milk styles that signal unhomogenised or high-cream make. Stir the cream through for richness or spoon it separately as a luxury top. Flavour is dairy-forward and less industrial than fully homogenised smooth cups. Ideal plain with fruit or honey. Not a legal fat class everywhere, but a quality cue. Keep upright in the fridge so the cream line stays attractive until first stir.
