Buffalo Greek Yoghurt
Buffalo Greek yoghurt is strained buffalo-milk yoghurt—already rich milk concentrated into a spoon-standing, ivory gel with soft tang and dessert-level creaminess. It is less common than cow Greek but prized where buffalo dairies operate. Use for indulgent breakfasts, fruit, and cold sauces. Overkill for light raita unless thinned. Excellent with honey and pistachios. Keep cold; serve slightly less frigid than fridge-cold to open aroma.
