Meat
Black Springbok
A tier
Black springbok are a colour variant of springbok selected on ranches for dark chocolate-to-black coats, popular in the trophy and breeding industry. Meat is essentially the same mild springbok venison as common colour forms. Culinary marketing sometimes brands black springbok for novelty, but cooking rules do not change: lean loins, quick sear, do not overcook. Supply is ranch-based rather than vast wild herds.
