Herb
Ohba
A tier
Ohba means “large leaf” in Japanese and labels oversized green shiso selected for wrapping and bold garnish—broader blades than dainty ruffled types, still aromatic. Handy when one leaf must cover a piece of fish. Use as a wrap for rice and sashimi or as a base under tartare. Flavour tracks green shiso with slightly softer texture when very large.
