Herb
Greek Sage
A tier
Greek sage (Salvia fruticosa / triloba types) has narrower, sometimes lobed grey leaves and a sharper, more camphor-honey aromatic profile than broad garden sage. Central to Greek mountain tea blends and grilled meat seasoning. Steep for herbal tea; use sparingly in cooking—more pungent than mild officinalis. Excellent with lamb and lemon. A Mediterranean specialist rather than the default stuffing leaf.
