Meat
Mature Bull
B tier
Mature reindeer bull meat is darker, firmer, and more strongly flavoured—especially around the rut. Herding systems still utilise bulls for processed products, stews, and dried meat when steak quality declines. Long moist cooking and sausage-making suit this class. Pre-rut bulls in good condition can still roast if carefully butchered; post-rut animals need patience and bold seasoning.
