TGSEB
A tier
TGSEB (Tellicherry Garbled Special Extra Bold) is a size-and-cleanliness grade for very large black peppercorns—typically ≥4.25 mm—associated with premium Malabar/Tellicherry sorting. The grade signals berry size and garbling (cleaning), not a separate cultivar. High oil and dramatic cracked texture make TGSEB a favourite for steakhouse mills. Crack coarsely over beef and tomato salads. Worth the premium when pepper is a feature. Verify vendor honesty—grade inflation exists.
