Mojito Mint

Herb

Mojito Mint

B tier

Mojito mint (often Mentha × villosa) is the preferred Cuban-type mint for mojitos—milder and less aggressively menthol than peppermint, sweeter than some spearmints when muddled with lime and rum. Muddle gently to avoid bitterness. If unavailable, good spearmint works; peppermint does not. Grow in pots for bar gardens.
