Flavour is sweet and creamy, ideal for homestead cheese, caramel milk, and soapmakers who want rich milk. A few does can supply a household. Commercial scale is limited by size, but micro-dairies bottle Nigerian Dwarf milk as a luxury goat product. Excellent for ice cream and soft cheeses where fat matters.
