Meat
Bibrik
D tier
Bibrik is a coarse-woolled, fat-tailed sheep of Balochistan, kept on mountainous and arid ranges by tribal and village producers. Animals are hardy, relatively small, and coloured in whites and darker shades suited to extensive systems with minimal inputs. Meat is strongly pastoral—used in local sajji-style roasting, stews, and festival dishes. Fat-tail cooking is traditional; muscle benefits from slow heat. Outside Balochistan the breed is little known, so culinary identity is tightly regional.
