Bull

B tier

Kudu bull meat comes from adult males—often large, with spectacular horns prized by hunters. Table quality is best from younger bulls; old trophy males can be dark, dry, and strong, better as mince and biltong than prime steaks. When young bulls are taken, loins still grill well. Age and rut condition matter as much as the “bull” label. Trim carefully and match cook method to animal age.
