White Guinea
A tier
White guinea fowl are a colour variety with pure white plumage that leaves a cleaner-looking plucked carcass preferred by some processors. Meat is the same lean, gently gamey guinea character—colour does not milden flavour the way industrial chicken genetics can. Roast or spatchcock; white pinfeathers are easier to dress for retail presentation. Useful when visual carcass purity matters for display.
