Campine
B tier
Campine eggs are white eggs from the Belgian Campine breed, a light, active bird historically kept for egg production in sandy northern European soils. Flavour is mild and clean; size is medium, with good performance relative to body weight. A rare heritage white egg today, found through specialty breeders. Excellent when you want continental layer character without industrial hybrid anonymity.
Also known as: Campine egg, Kempisch egg
