Jersey Cream
Jersey cream is separated from Jersey cow milk—naturally golden, aromatic, and high in fat, with beta-carotene colour that looks like summer butter. Flavour is sweeter and more buttery than bulk Holstein cream. Whip for standout Chantilly, pour on fruit, or make ice cream bases that taste premium without much sugar. A cream-tea and artisan ice cream favourite when available.
