Microgreen coriander is a harvest stage—seedlings cut young for intense cilantro flavour and delicate stems on fine-dining plates—not a separate botanical variety. Grow densely on trays; harvest at first true leaves. Higher intensity per gram than mature bunches. Same species as full-size cilantro.
