Fallfish

B tier

Fallfish (Semotilus corporalis) is a North American chub relative—silvery river fish with soft-firm mild flesh and bones that limit culinary fame. Historical local use exists among anglers frying small catch. Treat like other small cyprinids: hot fry for tiny fish, or smoke. Not commercially important. Included as a named chub-family variety in North American waters.
