Thai Dragon is a slim, upright, very hot chilli cultivar popular in gardens and Asian-inspired cooking—related in use to bird’s eye types with fierce heat and bright red ripe colour. Slice sparingly into curries and stir-fries. Ornamental plants still yield edible pods. Dry well for flakes. Treat heat like bird’s eye, not jalapeño.
