Jersey Butter
Jersey butter is churned from Jersey cream—deep yellow, aromatic, and high fat, tasting of rich pasture when grass-fed. A table butter that needs nothing but good bread. Prefer for finishing and tasting; excellent in shortbread. Colour is natural carotene, not dye.
