Silverhull

A tier

Silverhull is a light-hulled common buckwheat type—silvery seed coats that mill to lighter flour preferred for some pancakes and European uses where dark flecks are less wanted. Flavour remains buckwheat-earthy but presentation is paler. Choose for blini and crepes seeking milder colour. Still F. esculentum agronomically. Freshness rules apply as with all buckwheat flour.
