Meinpadahk

A tier

Meinpadahk is a Micronesian breadfruit cultivar highlighted in modern collections for fruit quality and production traits suited to atoll and tropical island plantings. Mature-green flesh is pale and cook-friendly; trees fit mixed agroforestry. It represents the Micronesian side of Pacific breadfruit diversity beyond better-known Polynesian names. Roast, boil, or ferment per local practice; chips showcase mild nuttiness. Salt-air and coral-soil adaptations matter more in the field than in the pan. Keep latex off clothing when peeling. Use ripe fruit sparingly for sweet applications if the clone softens pleasantly.
