Mexican Lager
Mexican lager covers pale, crisp, often adjunct-light lagers and Vienna-influenced amber styles associated with Mexican brewing—highly carbonated, clean, and built for heat and lime. Flavour is mild malt with light hop bitterness; some commercial brands are notably pale and dry. The default “cold beer” for batters, ceviche sides, and light stews when you want minimal beer character. Less useful when deep malt or hop aroma is the point of the dish.
