Carnival Squash
A tier
Carnival is a multicolour acorn-type—orange, yellow, and green splashes on ribbed fruits that look festive and eat sweet-mild like other acorns. Marketed for ornamental-edible autumn displays that still roast well. Flesh is orange and moist when baked. Use as Table Queen culinarily; show the skins on the table. Great for mixed squash roasts. Store cool and dry like other winter pepos. Waste less by matching cut size to Carnival Squash's natural Acorn Shape; uneven pieces are the usual reason Roast disappoints.
